Pete Corak is a teaching elder and our Executive Pastor. Coming to Lake Tapps in 2006, Pete has taught high school and adult Sunday School classes, led our men’s Bible study, and been heavily involved in our worship ministry. In the fall of 2014, after retiring from a 34 year career in the corporate world, Pete began serving full-time on our pastoral staff. Pete also serves on the national Board of Directors for Village Missions. Pete’s heart is for the local church. His passion is to see the Body equipped and “working properly” so that it builds itself up in love, ready to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16). Pete has 5 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. Pete’s wife, Sue, went home to be with the Lord in February, 2017.
