While all born again believers comprise the universal body of Christ, we see membership in a local church as a confession before God and man of a living commitment to a group of believers who gather together to grow in their faith, serve one another, share the gospel, and glorify God.
PREPARATION: Family ties are strong, and the responsibilities of membership are significant. Spending time getting to know our people and the heartbeat of the church is an important part of determining whether to make a commitment to take this step of membership. It also should be done with careful deliberation and prayer. We would recommend that you attend regularly for at least six months and attend our quarterly membership class before requesting membership.
